Hello! I'm Cory Clements, a Certified Personal Trainer from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness and wellness. With a background in exercise science and a passion for health, I've made it my mission to empower others to reach their full potential and achieve their fitness goals.

As your personal trainer, focusing not only on physical strength but also on mental resilience and overall well-being. My training philosophy is centered around creating sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term health and vitality.
I began my own fitness and well-being path after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. After having my doctor suggest that I need to get more physically active, I started working out and found out just how much I love it. Then moving forward I thoroughly enjoyed helping others become healthy and active.

My training sessions are tailored to your individual needs and preferences, incorporating a variety of exercises and techniques to keep you engaged and motivated.
