These workouts often simulate real-world scenarios to build functional fitness, such as carrying heavy objects, performing high-intensity drills, and improving cardiovascular endurance. Cory will guide the you through exercises that mimic the physical demands of your role, ensuring you can perform efficiently under stress, improve recovery time, and increase performance in critical situations. The program may include obstacle courses, sprints, lifting, combat drills, and endurance activities to mirror the challenges faced in high-stakes environments. This program will also help be more confident in passing your physical test whether it be OPPAT (paramedic), FORCE Evaluation (military), CPAT (firefighter), and OACP (police).
